WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- FMR Corp., the holding company for Fidelity Investments,
Tuesday reported stakes in several companies in Schedule 13Gs filed with the Securities
and Exchange Commission.
A Schedule 13G denotes a passive investment stake in a company.
FMR Corp. disclosed in an original Schedule 13G that it beneficially owns of 17,556,390
Finisar Corp. (FNSR) common shares, which constitutes a 10.357% stake in the
Sunnyvale, Calif., fiber optic subsystems and network performance test systems provider.
