Chip sales were still 30% of revenues but this is not where AUDC is focusing its efforts. They said that chips see greater competition, but not modules and boards. A design win is as good a lock in as anything. Problem with the zero visibility is that you don't know the size and timing of order based on the design win. The good side is that there are much fewer new designs now, another barrier for new entries. ATG
