<."It's a very undervalued situation, and in the interest of shareholders something should be done," said John Hathaway, the manager of Tocqueville Asset Management in New York.>

Interesting to see Hathaway involved here as well as Gabelli. It is one of the aspects I've cued on with this play. No signs that any large holders have bailed judging from the volume during the plunge. "Mentor Depret" has posted a few times recently on Yahoo but just seems to be frustrated more than active now. Of course 5% of a $30 million market cap no longer constitutes a "large holding" so it may be a moot point that shareholder activists will spend any time with this. On the otherhand judging from the thin trading, it is apparent no one new has stepped up as an aggressive buyer either. Very odd situation. It is not totally clear what kind of influence these shareholders have on the present board. I was told by Hansen that new management would be releasing a status update soon after their arrival (now 9 days ago). If that's been delayed could there be something new going on?
