Its UPgrade Time Folks... As V would say the Scam continues....The Houses took everything down as far as they could --> they squeezed the retail investors and Fund Managers....By Early this week most of the Houses had loaded up on their favorite tech stocks -- they put their best clients into them too....then the UPgrade cycle begins (first Semis, then Optics, etc)....then they tell us the downturn is not as bad as it could have been....light at the end of the tunnel...Nobody wants to miss out on a good run...The Trillions of Dollars on the Sidelines won't be there for long...=) Best Regards, Scott BTW, Yesterday morning I loaded up on a PROFITABLE optical communications firm (OCPI)....I thought paying near $7 was getting up there <G>....Yet, the P/E is in the 20s and this fast growing firm IPO'd at over $10...The institutions are taking it back UP just like clockwork....What a game...LOL.
