Last time for the instit to get out. They are fake the market PERIOD. Just like they did the day after the Intermeeting rate cut, Greenie cut rates when the brokers were on LUNCH!!! They missed out so premarket Next day the insti dropped the market and mid day it ran again. Premarket is for the big boys to screw the retail investors
