<The current IIIxe thinks it is one day ahead of the rest of the world, so it thinks today is Thursday 12th. >

Probart, the above doesn't sound logical to me. I can't see how the device can actually knows it's Wednesday and purposedly set itself to Thursday to screw you up. Isn't it all relative ? Does it happen after a hot-sync ? Should that be some sort of Configurations you can set in the sync program ? I don't know because I have never used a Palm myself.

I have no idea how your old Palms crashed and lost info. Hope they have fixed all these problems by now. I think there used to be some problems with the batteries running out and the info. lost. But now they retain the info. for couple of weeks after the batteries run out so you can replace the batteries without losing info.

My friend went through three Palms, all of which had problems. He finally bought a Handspring and has had no problems. My Handspring has had no problems either.
