I have noticed some changes in Napster since the injunction and file screening was begun.....but it is still possible for the persistent to obtain many songs that are copyrighted. I'm not sure if it's 90 percent like the recording industry claims, but it is still a lot. It seems to me that going after it by title and artist in the file name will miss a lot.....some people organize their file names differently, others change them deliberately to end run the screening. Only digital fingerprinting will get around that.

My prediction is that Napster will be shut down by month's end.
