Big deal, I also predicted our troops would be home by this weekend. Message 15629855

Both our predictions and two bucks might buy us a cup-of-coffee at Starbucks.

Bush has handled this with statesmanship and centrist common sense. Exactly what we elected him to do.

Now, the American people can take matters into their own hands. Once again, a foreign nation has grossly underestimated American nationalism when pushed by communist tyrants. This article details how KMart has been deluged with calls to stop selling Chinese products. The tidal wave had just started to roll as I predicted, so the Chinese communist leaders blinked.

Even in Washington circles, a chill has been cast toward China, and Pat Buchannan's exhortations have been given credibility.

China blinked because they finally realized America was going to punish them long and hard if the standoff continued. It's as simple as that. The communists running China have lost far more in this confrontation then they probably realize.

Practically the only ones who don't realize it in America, are radical left wing Democrats still bitter over George Bush's victory. nytimes.com

Get used to disappointment Scumbria. It's going to be a long 8 years.
