Well, one has to wonder about your motivations when yesterday you were clamoring for an apology that had already been given days ago, and now that Bush adds a very to it, you say he is weak.

And as I predicted a few days ago, the only reason you wanted Bush to apologize was so you could gloat about how weak Bush is, which you have done this morning.

I do not think it is totalitarian to be leery of points of view that are unhealthy.

In China apologies under duress are a key element in legaland moral life. An apology would carry obligations, like agreeing to stop offshore surveillance.

Anyway, I say boycott the stuff from China where there is a competitive market that can take it's place. No sense being stupid about it. Start with shoes and electronic games.
