I agree - despite the difficulties of translating a foreign culture and a foreign legal system, it seems clear that the Chinese were demanding that we accept responsibility for the crash and have backed down. They demanded that we admit causation, and we did not admit causation.

The leadership of China took weeks to figure out that a member of the Chinese Military in a highly maneuverable plane raced out into international waters and engaged in dangerous actions putting at risk lives from a foreign nation that is actively engaged in millions of friendly actions every day. After errors in judgement by this aggressive Chinese village idiot created a life threatening situation, the Chinese failed to acknowledge a mayday call and render assistance. The Chinese knowingly failed to acknowledge the Mayday because they are evil or did not understand the Mayday as they are a nation lead by many village idiots. Everyway you add up how the Chinese leadership handled this there is only one question that comes to mind. Do the Chicoms or the democrat party have more village idiots. Who in the current Chinese leadership are Gephard, Dashal, Gore, Loserman, Jackson, Sharpten, Dan Rather, Not since the recently settled re re re recount has the world had such and example of so many being so stupidly blind for so long.
