Heinz, what do you think of pro forma earnings?

here's an example, seems pretty laughable that earnings can be reported like this:

do you think the SEC will ever crack down on earnings which leave out all non-cash cost?

Interesting that the S&P never really took hold of this 2-day bear flag rally.

I guess it's easy for the Funds and Houses to run up the big liquid equities in programmed trading and another thing to genuinely rally the markets as a whole.

Most small caps are still in the sh*tter with little or no movement from this run.
