What I find somewhat hard to believe is the 2 GHz in May, according to xbit labs. If true, Intel must have a stepping that significantly improved the bin splits. But I will believe it (2 GHz) when I see it.

That explanation would be more in line with what has gone on over the past 12 months than what is inferred by this latest bizarre release!!!
