What you're missing is that Galvin is a complete idiot who has run his company into the ground and therfore has a terrible rep on the street, so no one cares what he says, unless it is to assume whatever he says is wrong and one should think the opposite.

Last I checked it is 2001 not 1974, so, there you have it:>)
