The retrace (from low to present) today was near a Fibo (62%, I believe)... Of course, if it goes higher here...I'll grasp at the 78.6% straw...

It's funny how those stoopit old books that don't apply to today's new era (cuz it's different this time) show that human psychology will never change. Any idea where I pulled this one from? -g I recalled old Partridge's favourite remark -- "Well, this is a bull market, you know" -- as though that were tip enough for anybody who was wise enough; as in truth it was. It was very curious how, after suffering tremendous losses from a break of fifteen or twenty points, people who were still hanging on, welcomed a three-point rally and were certain the bottom had been reached and complete recovery begun.
