Note that Nokia did not mention CDMA chip manufacturers,
just "industry, carriers and consumers".

That also leaves out the skilled writers and testers of
standards.

P.S. Having worked with QCOM since late 80s Nokia clearly
has an interest in CDMA, especially if the organizations
involved can produce a functioning standard.
(that includes "truth in advertisment" for words like
backward compatible upgrades)
