"low enough for companies like LU to restructure debts" You are kidding right? They couldn't offload debt fast enough into AGR.A and now a restructure is going to pull them out of the fire. You're not looking deep enough. The debt issue will kill them but it's not the core issue. It's called sales. Did you know LU will soon do away with many of their factories and outsource.... much like they did with their cable business to Anixter. LU is a company still stuck way in the dark ages, the employees are nothing short of government droids who punch in at 9 then out at 5 to go home a bitch about work.
