The guy was right... it is called overhead resistance. Why we have had one fella who will remain nameless (gzgzgzgzgzgzgzgzgzgz) who sez we gotta buy because the train is leaving the station and we are gonna be left out and, and, and... We have tried to get him to return to his apartment in the HHFF (Happy Hills Funny Farm) but he has convinced people he is totally sane and that now is the time to buy and buy big! I think he subscribes to the mantra "this time it's different..." Why he even believes the ECRI which is now down about 5% year over year has no meaning. Poor soul!
