Yeah, Rush was too dumb to forecast that the voters would throw out the democrats and install adults to run congress. Clinton's tax increase without the Contract for America would have destroyed us.

BTW, there is no credible economist that I have ever read that attributes the economic boom of the 90s to any Clinton legislative stimulus. None.
