short or long term low?
do you think that financials valuations are low considering that consumer, corparate, and financial debt is near all time highs with ipo and other sources of revenue decreasing rapidly?

I think the article agrees exactly with what you just said. Interesting call ... don't be afraid to check back in if all goes well. If by first target you mean you expect higher after that in the next few months ... I have a hard time believing it will happen, but will keep your call in mind.

Hi Bill. I think it is really just a question of time frame. If your clients are sold out at your targets, they will have done very well. Hell they would have made gains of near 20% which is a good year for anyone.

However, do you believe that earnings are likely to rebound in any meaningful way? And do you think valuations are still high? Your market call is based on technicals and sentiment which is fine as it is how most of us trade.

But I wonder if you believe that we have hit "THE BOTTOM" as the article seems to be imply. I still see a lot of downside risk here.
