joel...."opposing views" the problem with the majority of "opposing views" is that they are always "opposing"....to heed would have negated the great run up.....look back at some of the most vocal of "opposers", they haven't been correct until recently...conversely the "eternal optimists" are just as dangerous...goes to the "stopped clock being correct twice a day" theory.... markets change, investor mindset must change also...need for flexibility required to temper what ever bull or bear bias that one embraces.... the "opposition" continued for years calling the end of the world....hasn't happened yet...probably won't in my lifetime... remain flexible, apply common sense, take profits in the face of greed, take losses when fear first strikes... "bubbles" are creatures of excess....both optimistic and pessimistic....it's somewhere in the middle that creates the required balance... good luck...not over yet, but getting a bit better... ed a.
