You said:

"Bottom line: I see no hope for the current equity."

Other than that, hell of a buying opportunity, eh?
:-)

I did the instinctive thing and averaged down today....was it the "smart" thing to do? Time will tell.

Pessimism and fear are always the most abundant emotions in a situation like this. I doubt very seriously if the numerous funds holding this stock are ready to write it off.

Being as they hold not only the biggest chunks of stock, but also the future of the stock price in the form of "informed" commentary and the like....commentary that the average "little guy" takes as gospel, I would say this game is a LONG way from over!

And if they go belly up, the nay-sayers can line up and take turns calling me an idiot.....they always do!

Hey, I'll save them the trouble!

I'M AN IDIOT!!!

See ya in six weeks....

Bernard - The collapse was spectacular when it came. Just think to the last earnings announcment. Who would ahve thought that we would be seeing this only a few short weeks later?

I realize it is a huge long shot but the economy might show signs of recovery before the end of the year and WCII's business case hasn't got any worse has it?

Who would have thought it? I thought the end of this year and BR would have brought the company to success. What a shame.

Still if there is some light in the economy by the end of the year..............????

Best regards,

L
