Give Bush time on his environmental promises, he has got to fix Clintonomics first. After all, it took clinton 8 years to balance the budget - oops, make that infinity.

Bush ran a campaign based on calling Gore a liar for every exaggeration.

He should be judged by his own standards, and impeached pronto.
