What is a "cloud formation"?

I believe he is referring to a candlestick pattern called "Dark Cloud Cover"

Here is a good online reference to candlestick patterns.

Personally, I pay attention to the patterns, but have not gone to the trouble of memorizing them specifically. I just assess their meaning using common sense.

Hi Pete,

I think it is called a "dark cloud". Candlestick reversal pattern I believe. Look at the link I gave Cush in that post. On Mar 7th DSG had the "dark cloud" and today the same pattern formed (the long white one followed by the black one) . I am waitng for confirmation in the morning.

I think the above is correct but my lingo may be a bit off.

EDIT: Just read Tom's post. Sorry for replying, while he gave ya the goods!
