The market has improved a little. Tech stocks moved up last few days. It is still a bear market.

Julius, Everyone talks about the historical PE of the market being in the teens and now we are overvalued because it ain't. Isn't is possible that because more than 50% of households now own stock the historical PE will just have to be adjusted higher and stay there? A permanent result of Supply vs Demand !! When I was a kid in the 50's no one in my neighborhood had a mutual fund...gg
