Jim, no need to worry, it's just an article on EUV lithography, the technology which will take the semiconductor industry to below 0.10u and continue Moore's Law for many more years. Tenchusatsu

Jim, >Superchips? What's this? I saw a pretty good piece about it on the local news tonight. Said it is a joint venture between Sandia Labs, Lawrence Livermore, Lawrence Berkeley Labs, Intel and "some other chip makers." They interviewed Barrett, showed some of the equipment and mentioned the ever present 1/1,000th the width of a human hair. If it takes us to Y2020, do we stop seeing stories about organic or quantum computers? I wanted to get a pond scum computer someday. Oh well. Tony
