ljmi: The BK filing was no great surprise, but while the low price may appear attractive, keep in mind that most Chapter 11's are absolutely brutal to common equity, which is at the bottom of the pecking order dictated by the Absolute Priority Rule. I'm a little curious to see if the corporate veil between the sub and corporate parent can be pierced. Regardless of the inherent curiousity factor, the BK process will probably take two years to resolve. Not enough upside potential for me to get interested, so I'm not buying. Just my two cents. Razor
