<Compare a chart of DROOY and HGMCY...>

They have performed well indeed. But many canadian producers had similar performance near 50%. However in a real bull market, these two SA stocks should outperform.

The problem is only if gold move lower. DROOY could go bankrupt while those canadian mid-tier and juniors will survive. Stocks like Glamis, Meridian, GoldCorp and Agnico and in excellent shape.

As for the juniors, they will be among the best performers in the long run..and their chances of survival are much higher than the DROOY of this world would gold prices drop to say $200 and stay there for while. Many of the juniors are sitting on gold/silver deposits that will come into production only in the next cycle. They have no debt, cash and can wait for profitable time instead of doing what DROOY is doing..which is to deplete their reserves at very low profit margin.

DROOY and to a lesser degree HGMCY better hope that the lows on gold are in place. Otherwise, they might not be there to play the next cycle.
