In Belize, they have these really small limes. I haven't seen any like them here. It took about fifty of those things to get enough juice for the civeche. I asked the woman making the stuff and she told me they were limes, I could have misunderstood.

I don't know what Churrasco's uses, but it sure wasn't the same.
