People handle their anger at being duped by Brinker in different ways and geode is among the most vocal. There are several 'critics' far worse than geode on the Yahoo! UTEK discussion board that have rendered the place useless for anything else. On my site, geode has calmed down considerably as we allowed him to have his say and now he is a valuable contributor. We have regular chats and he often comes and hardly speaks of Brinker like the rest of us. Still, he will NOT sit still for people spinning the facts, but this is a good thing. As to freaks, why would people continue to defend someone that uses a bully pulpit to attempt to discredit critics and call screeners to distort the record inorder to make more clueless people think he is the second coming? Brinker has many good qualities, but most people on death row were also loved as children by their mothers. Having those good qualities does not excuse their criminal actions and it shouldn't for Brinker either. (Yes, it is not a crime to promote day trading your investment portfolio... but some feel it should be.) Kirk out
