Where there's money there will always be lawyers and lawsuits. I see zero justification for such action, but of course justification is the least of the considerations in the filing of such actions.

I believe they lowered guidance from the 35% range 'a few weeks ago' and the preannouncment was pretty much in line with that lowered (11 billion/yr) outlook. Coming out with this now was a smart move. Better now when the market is showing a little strength then a couple weeks ago when something like this would have taken the stock down into the teens...not to say it won't continue to get pounded over it.

The software and services moves upward(!) ought to prop us up a little bit. NTAPs short fall won't help but may elude to their losing of market share and the likely benefactor of that would be?
