Dow , Nasdaq , S&P : [BRIEFING.COM] Minor slippage in pre-opening trade following the data but the market has worked back higher once again... Currently the S&P futures are 2 points above fair value while the Nasdaq 100 futures are 16 points above fair value. The inflation has not been considered a deterrent to the Fed moving inter-meeting and today's PPI data does nothing to alter this view... The headline and core Retail Sales report figures were both weaker than expected raising the specter that consumers could now be pulling back which bolsters the chances of the Fed moving before their next meeting in May.
