Does TVX now have any recourse on the $200-300 million they spent in Greece?

If true this would be about as sleazy an operation for a high court as can be imagined, especially leaking the actual vote total to the press in advance of an official ruling. Unbelievable that they would ignore a mult-year permitting process with duly constituted government officials whose job (not a court)it is to evaluate impacts. The fact that TVX spent $300 million on this may have very negative international consequences for Greece.

Something still strikes me as fishy about this news release or rumor?
