Thanks for the additional information. Happy to update my meager information with the new numbers. I'll take 40-45 over 27 any day :o)

California could be a wild card adding to the number but I have seen little action after all their hype about expediting siting procedures.

I assume that the forum assumption of $5 for NG in 2001 is going forward from here. Actually, suspect they are being very conservative regardless. Must be for budgeting purposes.
