Perry, Now we are getting somewhere.
biz.yahoo.com
Hard to find this particular link wading through all the garbage upgrades.

Income (loss) from operations 1,861 1,892
Investment income 11,238 2,995

So there you have it 1861 off operations and 11238 off of interest.

Net income (loss) $ (6,470)
And they brag about this!!!

Earnings (loss) per share, diluted $ (0.08)

Look at the number of customers.
Each customer (based on current earnings) is worth about $13,000 !

Finally what product do they have. A POS that competes with Palm! Give me a break.

RIMM is a total joke.
Please bear in mind that RIMM is in a huge short squeeze as I type. Nothing but air below. Interestingly enough someone has 20,000 May 25 CALLs on this sucker in otherwise extremely light option positions.

The reason interest income is down is that interest rates are falling. Finally take a good hard look at receivables, inventory etc.

How is this for analysis?
