So the world economy consists of nothing but Greenspan? Where did I say that? AG was unnecessarily fighting a battle with inflation this time last year. The net result is hundreds of thousands dislocated(laid off) and trillions of dollars in equity markets vaporized because he still clings to a disproven notion of something called a Philips Curve; relevant to a time when competition was not as fierce as it is now thanks to technology, a naturally occurring deflationary stimulus. Over time we have learned that waging unnecessary wars is foolish; people are hurt and killed as a result. The same applies to an overeager fed chairman, make no mistake about it. BK
