That seems to be the way to play, Cush, and the way most people are thinking: "I'll take a chance at missing 100NAZ points if I can get a bottom confirmation".

I still think a retest is coming but todays action has me flummoxed. Seemed to be a perfect day for a nice retracement!!!

Gawd, I should just spend the next week golfing. This is tough!

Not bad on that WIN chart, Cush, imo.

I am going to wait for it to hold the 50dMA and I may go in for a bit. Maybe a call, but most likely the underlying.

A few thoughts surfing today.

1) Noticing some contract signings in telecom land. I remember using some of the anecdotal evidence on the smaller ones for my put plays recently (ie January). We are starting to see a samll turn, imo. Smattering of news like MTM on Thursday announcing a 70M contract in Europe. TSX has reiterated their spending for 2001, also. If WIN can look a wee bit better technically, I have a sneaking feeling news of a good contract can give it a nice percentage run. A run off TA and FA for a change would be a nice thing to see.

2) Still a little worried bout how CSCO was acting. You?? Make me wonder if their earnings will be horrible and we can get a few of these cheaper before they head higher off Shacks, among others, ST technical call.

Off to enjoy the day and think about absolutely zero more charts for awhile :).

Have a nice weekend.
