Read the WHOLE report.

They remain CAUTIOUS purely because of the need for capital in order to sustain their current strategy until profitability. They also thought financing terms may not be favorable. We'll see come the 24th if they are correct or not. Many rumors have indicated they are not correct and that favorable financing may have been found.

You can probably count on one hand the number of analyst recommendations that didn't fall short in this market.
