Yea. they have 216M shares outstanding and almost none are held by anybody. The float appears to be about 214M shares.

Wayne, Yea, so, what is the problem????????? 90% of all BBs loose money. What is your point????????????? Talk about risk, I'm glad I didn't buy Micsft at 118. Do you want me to go on????????? ECNC is not about what some one tells you but do your homework on it. I could careless if you buy it or not. How far do want to take this??????? Is this a T/A board or not. I'll run my program any day against yours.. Forget about ECNC, lets talk about MOT. Do some T/As on it an tell everyone what your take is on it. I can do it an my program tells me what positions to take. Does yours???????? Ron
