Second the reco on Interactive Brokers- but, premarket today, they had a very, very rare outage that prevented my getting out of an overnight QQQ position. It was fixed just before the open, but that was a little too late. Help desk said he'd never seen it happen before (been there a year). I've been using them 2 weeks and have saved over $1000 in commissions already on about 75 trades. Was using myTrack @ $12.95 per. IB's options commissions are 1.95 per contract, no minimum. Stocks @ $0.01/share- $1 minimum. Sparse trading platform, but very fast executions and excellent routing flexiblility. I'm a convert.
