That was a strange discussion. I think Neo was merely troubled by flagrant and indiscrete breastfeeding. Some of the more lusty and sluttish moms simply can't keep their tops on when they breastfeed. I know that really annoys me in a restaurant because Mr. X always has to stare, and then I have to say "So what do I have to do? Nurse the waiter or watress to get your attention?" And he says "yes."

But maybe it's just me.
