jim_p,

"The auctions of excess equipment are just beginning from the defunct .coms, the amount of vendor debt to the less credit worth customers has not yet even surfaced as an issue. Wait until the CSCO and MOT's of the world start writing off their bad vendor debt which is in the billions."

We haven't even started to see the carnage yet. The push back from Cisco right now is brutal. Cisco has BILLIONS in inventory liability that they trying to push, shove or force back down the supply chain. We've told them "NO" and most of our competitors are also saying "NO". Long term personal relationships are being destroyed by the pressures. You hate to answer the phone...

It brings to mind the saying " what part of NO don't you
understand"

Very profitable week for me. My kids, KEG and PGO have done well.

Jim_P Has your attitude towards the NAZWreck changed much over the last few months? I recall you loaded heavy in techs but I dont recall what you were hoping for the upside.

Sold my JDSU today for a nice profit. I dont think the index has more than 10% upside from here. During this period I hope to clear some of my underwater bleeding tech knives I jumped on over the last several weeks. NT CSCO SUNW.

I hope to be ready to short some of the techs when the time appears correct. 90% drillers & E&P's a 5% tech and 5% cash.

CNBC announced a few minutes ago that INTC will be lowering their prices. Lower prices, lower profit margins. Lower profit margins, lower earnings.

Are the price wars about to begin?

I just increased my INTC short, and yes, I'm already in the money.

Sold ROIL into today's strength. Bought some PGO yesterday on your advice. Sold it today for a quick 5% scalp. Thank you sir!
