Both parties have members who lean too far one way or the other. It's the politicians who are closer to the middle who keep things in balance. We now have a president who ran on a platform of being one of those who is close to the middle. It is now becoming apparent that he is actually a right winger and some his cabinet could be considered far right. They will come down on the side of the smokestack industries and the rich on every issue they can. The middle class people of America will suffer because of this.
