For them, having stock threads that stick to the business at hand (losing money) is great. For those who come for other reasons, a different standard needs to be developed, one that allows people to be themselves but doesn't allow people to be jerks. I have confidence that Bob can pull that off. He has shown in the past that he understands the difference between authority derived from power and authority derived from respect.
