Hillary didn't need her whole task force; if she had wanted to improve health coverage for all Americans all she had to do was enroll everybody in the federal health care system. I recall that someone, not Hillary, was advocating that idea. It didn't get much traction. I don't know why. It was sure the best idea that I heard discussed. The health care program for Federal employees is really excellent--one of those things Uncle Sam unquestionably does well. Except for the irritating political meddling, that is. Karen
