DWB: And just how long have you been following this story to be still surprised at the lack of news?

<<So what's up with the lack of information? Shouldn't the bondholders be rushing us into bankruptcy by now? Shouldn't the Blackstone report be out
by now? >>

I think certain of the b/h have plenty of information. From the recent 10K, we know that "At Globalstar's expense, its bondholders have retained Akin....LLP as counsel, and Jefferies and Company, Inc., as financial advisors." Presumably these guys are being given non-public data necessary to evaluate any restructuring proposal.

I don't know how a small b/h becomes privy to that information or what non disclosure agreements would govern its use, but it's pretty clear that an unofficial b/h committee is already operating. No doubt it's prepared to file against G* if it considers that to be in its best interests.
