Donny, yes the markets are closed tomorrow.
interesting to see housing starts done even though wood costs are 40% lower than last year this time. Also, the Canadian Lumber Import tariffs, which place a stiff tax on imports of over 15 billion board feet of Canadian lumber ends this summer, and the housing industry with the republican controlled congress look to not continue it.
So, lower prices for materials to continue and even with them demand slacks off bigtime.

That's correct Donny, they're also closed on Sat. and Easter Sunday.
