Microsoft: Buy, sell or scold?

So which of the following stocks should a smart technology investor have bought on April 3, 2000, the day of the Microsoft antitrust ruling: Cisco, Intel, Yahoo, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, or Microsoft?

Answer: None. You should have just stayed in cash.

But if you felt you had to be in tech stocks over the past year, you'd have been a lot happier in Microsoft.
