A leader of the common people in ancient times. Most conservatives prefer the second definition because we believe that basic human nature has not changed significantly. Whatever you accuse Bush of doing, it is nothing compared to "I can spend your money better than you can". That's first class demagoguery by any definition. The wife's municipal bonds went up, which is fortunate as she'll have to cash them in to pay the $1 million + estate tax due in August. I'm trying to hate GW cause he couldn't deliver on abolishing the estate tax but one man can only do so much.
