Hi Spirit! Welcome to Plastics.

>> Stay away from shorting altogether for awhile.
Going to be very lonely on the short side. Big mutuals have only just begun to buy. <<

You may be right!

RFMD was up 25% yesterday and up another 30% today. I find it hard to believe it won't retrace some, at least that's my hope.

INTC is going to reduce their pricing significantly. Again, with profit margins decreasing, (I doubt sales will grow enough to offset the lower profit margins), earnings should decrease also. Lower earnings, one would think, should cause the share price to decline. Again, that is my hope.

I increased my short at the close on RFMD and INTC.

If these positions turn against me next week, I'm out. I play shorts the same way I do longs, I set mental stop losses, utilize them when called for, and I move on to the next stock. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong! I don't hold it against myself when I am, I try to learn from it and not make the same mistakes again.

Have a nice weekend all, I'll be planting and working in the yard.
