Bullish or bearish for gold, I don't know. But I definitely find it amusing. <g>

I was just watching a live report on Thai television in which a retired politico was claiming to have discovered a huge cache of gold buried by the Japanese near the end of their days here. The treasure has long been rumored to be in caves not far from where I live along the Thai-Burma border. The individual being interviewed and who claimed to have taken photos and retrieved samples estimated the amount to be 3000-6000 Kilograms. Sounds a bit like Bre-X to me, but the story is meant to be fully validated by photos and whatnot after the discoverer has presented his findings to the king.
